Hi, I’m Amanda. I’m a travel advisor who helps people navigate travel planning with clarity, intention, and far less stress.
I became a travel agent because I believe vacations should be enjoyable to plan, not overwhelming or so exhausting that you need a break afterward. With the right guidance, travel planning can feel manageable and even exciting.
I enjoy taking the details of what you want from a trip and turning them into a thoughtfully planned getaway that fits your style, priorities, and pace.

My Expertise
You can rest assured that I am equipped to help you plan your vacation. How so?
- I am a Certified Travel Associate with The Travel Institute. This is only designated to those who take the coursework and complete the test. I'm also required to do CE training every year to keep this certification.
- I am trained at the highest level possible with each vendor/supplier that I use.
- I always ensure I do any recertifications needed.
- I attend any webinar I am able regarding locations.
- I also travel personally to help educate me first hand on places you may want to visit.

Above this, either custom trip planning or vacation planning fee applies, depending on the complexity of the trip.
Custom Trip Planning
Custom trip planning includes customized trips (accommodations, transfers, tours, and more) to Europe and beyond.
This includes:
- Complimentary consultation call to discuss wants/needs/preferences of trip.
- Research to design your trip based on this discussion.
- Booking all trip components including assistance with flights.
- Customized itinerary based on your preferences and travel investment and style.
- Final itinerary on a personalized app version and printed/mailed in time for travel.
- Flight monitoring during travel.
- Emergency contact while in travel.
- Follow up once travel is completed.
- And more to be discussed in consultation call!
Fee is non-refundable and nontransferable.
Investment begins at $300.
Vacation Planning
What types of travel? Cruises, theme parks, all-inclusive resorts, and pre-planned group tours.
Basic Planning Pricing includes:
- Complimentary consultation call to discuss wants/needs/preferences of trip.
- Research to design your trip based on this discussion.
- Up to three options of type of travel.
- Booking of travel component.
- Personalized itinerary on app for use while in travel.
Concierge Level Planning
Concierge level services including pre- & post-cruise planning, flight consultations, & pre- and post-group tour additions. Theme park plans & assistance in booking park components.
Pricing and inclusions are further discussed during the consultation. Fee is non-refundable and nontransferable.
Investment begins at $100 for basic planning and $200 for concierge/white glove services.
VIP Travel Planning
Plan to travel often? This is the plan for you!
This is a one-time retainer fee of $2000.
This pricing includes:
- Unlimited travel planning for an entire year from payment.
- Consultation call for each trip.
- VIP upgrades when available for components.
- Travel concierge services from me for each trip, even weekend getaways.
- Individual itinerary on application for use in travel.
- Includes assistance with flights & flight monitoring.
- And more!
Fee is non-refundable and nontransferable.
Brainstorming Session
Already have a trip booked? Or want complete control over trip but expert advice in planning?
What about tips/guides for Disney and Universal Trips?
Advice on which cruise to take or all-inclusive to book?
This session is perfect for the person who wants the advice/help but wants to book or has booked on their own.
Sessions are $150 and are non-refundable. Fee is PER brainstorming session.
Itinerary planning (I build the itinerary, you book it all on your own) is also available. Ask for pricing details as it depends on the complexity of the trip but begins at $150.
Note: If you end up booking the trip with Amanda White Vacations, fee will be applied to travel planning type. There are no refunds or travel credits if basic vacation planning.
What are the Steps to Plan my Vacation?
1. Contact Me!
First, I need to know a lot about what type of vacation you want. Not sure? That's okay, too! Click on one of the links under the destination type to complete an inquiry form OR fill out the contact me information on this website. I'll be in touch with you shortly after receiving the form.
2. Schedule a Call
Once I receive your inquiry, I'll be in touch to schedule a brief call to get to know you a little better and go over your hopes/needs/wants for the vacation of your dreams. This will help me craft an itinerary that fits best within those parameters. During this call we will also go over the process of working with me as a travel agent. This includes the client service agreement, planning fees, and terms & conditions.

3. Begin the Fun Work
One you have signed the client service agreement and paid the applicable design fee, I begin to put together the best itinerary for you! You will receive this proposal within the discussed timeframe.
3. Finalize Itinerary
Once I send you the proposed itinerary, we'll review any changes that you'd like.
4. Book Your Trip
Now that your itinerary is finalized, it's time to book your trip! Sometimes, your trip can be booked with just a deposit. We'll review all of your payment options.
5. Enjoy Your Vacation!
It's time to enjoy that vacation! I'll still be with you if you need anything. But now, it's time to relax and have fun!
6. Return Home & Book Your Next Vacation with Me!
Sad that you've returned home? Don't worry! We can get started on that next vacation as soon as you return. Doing so always helps takes those blues away.
